Bertrand is a leader and facilitator of large-scale delivery and organisational change initiatives across financial services, telecommunications, utilities, and consulting

He built his experience leading technology delivery teams in close collaboration with the business, often in contexts of change, scale, and operational pressure. In those environments, he focused not only on delivery outcomes but on improving the system of work holistically to enable better coordination, flow, and performance.

Over time, this led him to work increasingly on acceleration and transformation initiatives, helping organisations address structural challenges beyond individual teams.

In the past five years, he has focused fully on leading and facilitating large-scale change efforts, supporting organisations in strengthening their ways of working and translating strategy into measurable outcomes.
