Stefaan is a strategist and catalyst for modernising technology and product delivery organisations.

He built his experience leading large-scale engineering and product development organisations, working across distributed teams and complex delivery environments. In those contexts, he focused on strengthening execution, alignment, and predictability under real-world constraints.

Over time, this led him to focus on diagnosing and evolving delivery systems end-to-end, from operating models and roles to flow, release, and quality, enabling organisations to sustain performance as they scale.

Today, he works with founders and leadership teams to translate ambition into structured execution, helping organisations build operating models that hold up under growth, complexity, and client demands.
